Best tips for Rinerhorn (Davos Klosters)

If you like the sound of the mountains around Davos but don’t like the look of Davos itself, here’s your solution: a traditional-style village with equally good access to the Parsenn. Jakobshorn, Rinerhorn and Pischa are distant, but Madrisa is on your doorstep. Klosters is a sizeable village with a relaxed, affluent Alpine atmosphere.

PROS:

  • Extensive slopes shared with Davos
  • Some lovely long intermediate runs
  • Lots of accessible off-piste terrain
  • Some cute mountain restaurants

CONS:

  • The slopes are spread over six widely separated areas
  • Preponderance of T-bars is a problem for some visitors
  • May be too quiet for some visitors
